If you have iCloud or Google account backup turned on, restoring your new phone from that backup brings your vault back too. This is why we recommend keeping device backups on, since we can't recover anything ourselves.
Yes. Use the export option in the app to take a copy of your records whenever you want. Export and import are free, always, even after the trial ends.
Open Settings inside the app and choose Restore Purchases, while signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you originally purchased with.
Delete individual records from within the app at any time, or uninstall Collator to remove everything stored locally. Whether a copy remains in your personal device backup is controlled by your iCloud or Google account settings.
